FAQ

FAQ

  • When will my order ship?
We do a big preorder every month. Adult garments have roughly a 6 week turn around date from when they are placed. As of now, each garment is cut and sewn by one person, with help from a partner or a good friend every so often.
  • Can I have my garment by a specific date?
This is on a case-by-case bases. We can only take on so many preorders at once and we can only produce so quickly. ALWAYS email us ahead of your order if you need it by a certain date and we can tell you if that is something we can accommodate. And yes, it is extra to be a rush order.
  • Why is it extra for a rush order?
Simple, there are only so many hours in a day. Like with Disney offering FastPasses for a fee so you can jump the line, that is how rush ordering works. They are only offered via email and if it is something we can accommodate based on the number of outstanding orders.
  • What pattern is this garment made from?
We are very glad you like what we make but we will not give that out. We send tons of ideas to our pattern maker who then turns around and makes us patterns in our very large size range. This covers fittings of models, multiple mockups, and consultations. We are honored you love our work.
  • I'm worried I'll buy the wrong size!
That is such a valid concern! You can always email us at verainjune@gmail.com and we are more than happy to help you figure out what size you need!
  • Can I return my dress if it doesn't fit?
We do not offer returns or exchanges. It is why we stress that you should ensure you check the size charts. Since each and every garment at Vera in June is made-to-order, we simply cannot offer returns or exchanges of any kind.
  • What if my package is lost?
Contact your Postal Service Provider immediately. Once it has left our hands we no longer have control of your item. Vera in June is not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

  • My item has said "pre-shipment" for a few days now!!
Most of our packages get picked up by our local USPS carrier, once they scan them in it is out of our hands. However, this may have been an issue on our end. We may have created the label too soon and didn't realize it and we are so sorry if that happens! We may not be USPS but you can always email us and ask!
